Catch Me in the Kitchen: Supper Club is a dinner series across several US cities over six months, starting in July 2026. We're traveling the country to taste the world's cuisines, no passport required. You may not be able to travel to every country in the world, but your tastebuds can!

Chama Mama, a New York City-based Georgian restaurant group, centers on three cultural pillars: Puri (traditional Georgian bread baked in a clay oven), Ghvino (Georgian wine with an 8,000-year history), and Supra (the Georgian feast tradition built around communal celebration and hospitality).

The restaurant was founded by Tamara Chubinidze, who wanted to bring the spirit of Georgian home hospitality to New York. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Nino Chiokadze, who honed her craft in Tbilisi, including at the Georgian Presidential Palace. The wine program is overseen by Beverage Director Lasha Tsatava, a WSET Diploma holder and Georgian Gastronomy Ambassador who co-founded a nonprofit promoting Georgian grape varieties.

Every ticket comes with a pre-ordered signed book.

You may be sat at a table with people you don’t know. Come solo, or bring your friends! We will all be friends by the end of dinner!

Taste of Georgia - A tasteful selection of Pkhali and vegetable dishes - served with Chama Mama bread and Georgian smoked cheese

  • Georgian salad - Campari tomato, Persian cucumber salad with fresh herbs, sunflower oil, wine vinegar and pomegranate

  • Roasted Wild Mushrooms – Roasted king trumpet, oyster, and button mushrooms with roasted yellow and red bell pepper, tarragon and pomegranate seeds

  • Freshly baked bread - Freshly baked bread with Fenugreek. Served with sunflower oil and adjika

  • Mixed Grill - Fine selection of meat - Kebab (chicken), mtsvadi (pork and chicken skewers), lamb chops. Served with pickled red cabbage and house tkemali

  • Crispy Smashed Potatoes - Smashed skin potatoes with svanuri salt, house tkemali and dill

  • Megruli kharcho - Cauliflower - Cauliflower in walnut sauce with saffron, garlic, and Georgian spices. Served with fresh grits (ghomi)

  • Honey Cake - Soft multilayer dulce de leche cake

  • Chocolate cloud cake - Delicate layers of honey chocolate filled with house-made pastry cream, finished with a smooth chocolate glaze

  • Pelamushi - Traditional Georgian sweet grape pudding topped with glazed walnuts

  • Napoleon - Puff Pastry filled with crème patissiere topped with powdered sugar and raspberry
