We'll each be having a dozen of the legendary charbroiled oysters invented by Drago's.

You may be seated at a table with people you don't know, so come solo or bring your friends, because we'll all be friends by the time we're a dozen oysters in! Following Drago's, we'll walk over to the Four Seasons to enjoy cocktails at my favorite hotel bar in America: the Chandelier Bar. Attendance is not mandatory, and everyone pays for their own drinks.

Please note: This is a set menu experience. We're unable to accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies.

Our Menu

“The single best bite of food in town.”

Drago's Original Charbroiled Oysters are cooked in the shell over an open flame, brushed with a signature garlic, butter, and herb sauce, and finished with a blend of Parmesan and Romano cheeses. They're served piping hot on the half shell, alongside crusty bread for soaking up the rich, buttery sauce.

Established in 1970 by Drago and Klara Cvitanovich, Drago's Restaurant began in Metairie, Louisiana, with a vision to offer high-quality, authentic Louisiana seafood with a Cajun Creole flavor. The restaurant quickly gained acclaim for its exceptional seafood dishes, particularly the charbroiled oysters, a signature offering and beloved local favorite.

It all started back in 1993, when Tommy Cvitanovich, Drago's son, decided to experiment with a sauce of garlic, butter, and herbs. The results were incredibly delicious, and a legend was born! Since then, these special oysters have become a favorite among Drago’s patrons and restaurant critics alike. On a busy day, their grills turn out more than 900 dozen Charbroiled Oysters a day.
